MVA offers year-round options that cater to a variety of ability levels. Most clinics meet once a week and range from High School All-Skills to High School Position Clinics. Look below to find the class that is best suited for your athlete and feel free to call us with any questions. All registration is done online for your convenience.
Specialized sessions designed for high school athletes to develop and advance position-specific skills. Skills will be broken down and proper technique will be taught, emphasized and enforced using various training techniques. Choose between setting, attacking, and defense.
Spring Session: 4/15 - 5/13
A high intensity team camp, designed to provide high schools an opportunity to train and play in preparation for their upcoming season. The morning sessions will consist of positional/skill development and the afternoon session will consist of team specific training. MVA will provide each high school program with one of our MVA coaches to act as a consultant/liaison. MVA will provide each coach with a packet, listing practice plans as well as descriptions for some of the drills they will see at camp. High school coaches are encoursaged to come and watch, but attendance is not mandatory
Summer Session: 7/16 - 7/18
A high intensity camp, designed to provide high school athletes with a lot of touches in order to prepare them for tryouts and their upcoming season.
Summer Session: 7/30 - 8/2
A high intensity camp, designed to provide high school athlete with a lot of touches in order to prepare them for tryouts and their upcoming season. These camps are an excellent accompaniment to the All-Skills Boot Camp in order to get additional touches and training on a specific skill. It also functions well as stand alone training sessions if your daughter only wishes to focus on one specific skill.
Summer Session: 7/30 - 8/1
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than one which has been clinically diagnosed by a medical professional. Before a refund can be issued, MVA must receive verbal confirmation or written documentation from a medical professional, indicating that the athlete can no longer participate in the class. In all cases, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of the issued refund.
